Date options

Option I.: 06 July-11 July (1 week)

Option II.: 13 July-18 July (1 week)

Option III.: 06 July-18 July (2 weeks)

We want to offer access to the best of classical and modern dance education to children, age 8-10 and 11-13. This course is for children with elementary and intermediate level with at least 2 years ballet study experience. 

After registration form is filled and signed:

  1.  please send it along with the mandatory Identity Photo to the following email address:  summer@brusselsintballet.org or upload it directly to the website. The ID photo is mandatory.  Registration forms without ID photo will not be accepted.

  2. In the subject line, please indicate “Youth Summer Program 2020 + First Name + Last Name of the student”

  3. Once your acceptation to program is confirmed, 50% of the total amount of the stage must be paid directly to the bank account to validate the inscription. Please send copy of the receipt by email.

Courses

The final schedule of the courses will be given out to all students on the first day. Courses are held from 9:30pm to 5pm. Students are expected not later than 20 minutes before the start of courses. Parents must pick-up student from 5:15pm. It is strongly recommended to respect the time of the arrivals.

Lunches

Lunches provided by the Summer program, they are mandatory to all students and will be consumed together. Meals not consumed during the stay are not refundable. For specific diets, please specify it in the corresponding field of the form (page 2).

Arrivals 

Students must arrive to the start of the program at 8:30 AM the latest only the first day of the selected date option, but it is recommended to arrive to Brussels the day before. Those who have our dormitory booked, must arrive to the dorm from Sundays the 5th (or 11th) of July 2020 from noon (12pm), not before.

 

Departure

Saturdays, 14:00 after lunches.

 

Classes are every day from 9am to 5pm, depending on the program, some classes may overrun

 

The last day of the Youth Summer Intensive is: Saturday 18/07/2020

Insurance

It’s the Parents/Legal guardians’ responsibility to make sure that the student has the necessary insurance covering any illness, injury, accident etc. for the duration of the Summer Program and to send the proof of insurance policy to the school before the start of the Summer Program.

Payment Conditions

As soon as the payment of 50% of the total amount is received, the student registration is automatically validated.  See Bank details on page 6.

Cancellation

no refund will be granted.

2. Complete the form in Adobe Reader, then save it (save as) with the following format: First name_Last name_YSP2020. Please upload your ID photo as well onto the form!

3. Upload the form along with the required photos.

2. Add More Files - add required photos. The name of the files must contain your First and Last Name

3. In the Message field please add: YSP2020 + Name of the candidate
