PTP: how to apply / auditions

Applications are now open for the Academic Year 2026–2027 entry to the Professional Intensive Training Program (PTP) for candidates aged 15–17 and 18–20 years old.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES AND DATES

  • Non-European candidates: 31 May, 2026. Visa processing can take up to three months. Apply early!

  • European candidates: 10 June, 2026. For candidates who do not require a visa.

Confirmed in-person audition date:

The main date for the In-Person Audition will be held on 28 February 2026. (Note: Successful applicants for the In-Person pathway will be invited to this session.)

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

The main objective of the program is to develop and enhance the students’ ability to perform in Ballet and Contemporary Dance at a professional level. Therefore, irrespective of academic qualifications or prior learning experience, entry is subject to audition.

 

Applicants must have turned 15 years by 1st September in the year of entry.

APPLICATION PROCESS

The entire application process is completed in one step via our online form, which includes integrated payment processing. Your application is only submitted after the required fee is successfully paid.

Audition Type - Video Audition

Initial Fee (Paid with Application): €62

Subsequent Fee (If Applicable): none

Total Cost: €62

Audition type - In-person Audition

Initial Fee (Paid with Application): €32

Subsequent Fee (If Applicable): €52

Total Cost: (only upon invitation): €84

Non-Refundable Fee: The application fee covers the cost of processing your submission and is non-refundable, even if a place is not offered in the program.

AUDITION PATHWAYS

A. Video Audition 

  1. Complete the Form & Upload: Fill out the single online application form, and upload all required photos and your audition video.

  2. Pay: Submit the application by paying the €62 Video Audition Fee within the form.

  3. Review: Only fully completed applications with all required documents/photos/videos will be assessed.

  4. Notification: You will be advised whether your video audition has been successful within a maximum of 3 weeks from the date of submission.

B. In-Person Audition

  1. Complete the Form & Upload: Fill out the single online application form and upload all required photos/documents (video upload is not strictly required at this stage but you may upload one if available).

  2. Pay Initial Fee: Submit the application by paying the €32 Initial Application Fee within the form.

  3. Invitation: Successful candidates will be invited to attend the confirmed in-person audition date (28 February, 2026).

  4. Final Fee Payment: Upon receiving your official invitation, an additional €52 fee must be paid via a dedicated link before your audition date to finalize your spot.
