Official Accommodation - Residential Students
Brussels International Ballet provides a convenient boarding option located just 200 metres from the studios (Internat Don Bosco).
Important Note: All inquiries regarding accommodation must be directed exclusively to summer@brusselsintballet.org. Please do not contact the residence directly.
Residential Package Includes:

Duration: 14 nights (From Sunday 19 July, 12:00 PM to Sunday 02 August, 11 AM).

Full Board: Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.

Resources: A Housing Handbook will be included in the Summer Intensive information package, which is sent once registration is finalized and fully paid.

Gender Separation: Dedicated wings for boys and girls.

Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, common lounge areas, and on-site app-operated laundry facilities.

Linens: Each student is provided with a pillow, pillowcase, sheets, and a blanket. (Note: Please bring your own bath towels).
Student Safety & Supervision:
To ensure a supportive and disciplined environment, BIB chaperones live on-site with the students 24/7. Our chaperones are experienced internal staff members dedicated to student well-being.
Arrival & Departure: Residential Students
To ensure a smooth start to the intensive, please coordinate your travel strictly with the following schedule.

Time: From 12:00 PM (Noon) onwards. Dinner will be provided.

Important: The residence will open only at 12:00 PM. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as the doors will remain closed until this time. Please book your flights accordingly.
Check-out: Sunday 02 August

Time: By 11:00 AM at the latest.

Important: Departure: All students must vacate the residence by 11:00 AM. Please schedule return travel accordingly, as the residence building will be closed to all students after 11:00 AM.
Travel Responsibility: It is the student’s responsibility to book flights in accordance with these schedules. The organizers are unable to provide early check-in or late check-out facilities.
Airport Transfer Service (Unaccompanied Minors) - Optional service
For students traveling alone, we offer a dedicated, safe, and stress-free airport pick-up and drop-off service.

Eligibility: Available for unaccompanied students only.

Location: Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) exclusively. No service is provided from other airports.

Schedule: Pick-up begins at 11:00 AM on Sunday 19 July.

Personalized Welcome: A BIB staff member will meet the student at the arrival gate with a personalized name sign. Parents will be notified immediately upon pick-up.

Flight delays: While our drivers monitor flight schedules in real-time, we require students to message us directly from their departure airport regarding any known delays. This dual-monitoring system ensures a seamless transition and timely pickup. A dedicated WhatsApp number for these updates will be provided in your official Summer Intensive information package.

Information for Parents
Residential Students
Residential students are fully immersed in the program’s care for the entire two-week duration. To foster team building and community, students are required to remain with their peers for all weekday activities, including evening meals. Parents are kindly asked not to take residential students out for dinners or mid-week visits. Family time is exclusively reserved for the following weekend windows:

Saturday, 26 July (Afternoon): Following the completion of the day’s rehearsal schedule.

Sunday, 27 July: Students may participate in the organized residential excursion or spend the day with parents. All students must return to the residence by 8:00 PM.
Non-Residential Students
Non-residential students are under the program's care from the start of the first morning class until the conclusion of the final daily session or rehearsal. Once the daily schedule is complete, they are free to depart with their parents/guardians.

Local Accommodation: For parents staying in Brussels, we recommend searching for hotels or Airbnbs in the “Woluwe-Saint-Pierre” area.
Class Levels & Groups
Our curriculum is tailored to the specific developmental needs of each age group, ensuring every dancer receives the appropriate level of challenge.
Group 1: Intermediate (Ages 12–14)

Focus: A transformative two-week immersion designed to build technical strength, precision, and a deeper understanding of classical repertoire.

Environment: A supportive and inspiring international atmosphere where young dancers can explore their passion.

Immersion: We highly recommend the Residential Package for this age group to experience the full "world of dance."
Group 2: Pre-professional & Professional (Ages 15-16, and 17+)

Focus: Aimed at dancers with a good classical foundation who are looking to refine their technique and prepare for a professional career.

Intensity: High-level training focused on artistry, advanced technicality, and professional readiness.
Daily Schedule
Courses run from Monday to Saturday. The final, detailed timetable will be provided on the first day of the program.
